Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts, such as the saucer or tray.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@delawr.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked shipping service, because we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

Return shipping cost

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving. Your payment provider may take a few more days to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives broken, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email support@delawr.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it is handled as a return under this policy.
